Welcome

I owe this to the world.

Well, at least, that's what people try to tell me. This blog has been has been waiting in the wings for many years now. The premise is pretty simple: I talk about hot sauces I have known and loved, and introduce you to some of the joys and sorrows that I have added to my food over the years. Plus, you get my idle musings on the marketing of pain, to boot.

While this is my own personal log of what I've enjoyed (or not, as the case may be!) I am, of course, delighted to accept donations of sauces for review.
